  • My Vape Diary - Long-term Updates

Last night, I stubbornly took a couple of puffs indoors again. This morning, I felt dizzy and didn't want to smoke.

I think I've found the cause of the dizziness. By reviewing my diary, I noticed that the dizziness started about a week after I began using the e-cigarette. A vaper once told me that a cartridge shouldn't be used for more than three days, but I didn't change the oil for a week, just kept refilling it. The first time I added a lot of oil, and it lasted quite a while. It's very likely that the oil in the cartridge went bad... This afternoon, I cleaned the chamber and added new oil.

I didn't feel dizzy all afternoon, so I'll see how it goes in the next couple of days. If this really is the issue, then I was really being quite foolish, haha.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 😄😄😄

Today was normal, and everything was fine. The ulcer has almost healed, at least to the point where it no longer hurts. I’m no longer feeling dizzy either. This morning, I took a puff every half hour, fully inhaling into my lungs without any issues.

Perhaps the dizziness was caused by a new compound, or maybe an ingredient made the nicotine more easily absorbed, leading to dizziness. My head still hurts a bit.

Overall, today was great—relaxed and happy. It feels wonderful to have the problem resolved.

I avoid overfilling the tank now, stopping when the oil reaches the top of the wick hole. Today marks the third day, and the oil level has dropped to half the height of the wick hole. I'm curious to see when it will start to taste burnt. This coil has been in use for almost 20 days, which is quite impressive.

This morning, I heard that Lao Wu woke up coughing during the night, but he still refuses to vape, insisting on smoking traditional cigarettes. This demonstrates how difficult it is to quit smoking; even switching to alternatives like vaping is a challenge. Perhaps someone "informed" him about the potential harms of e-cigarettes, causing him to give up using them as an alternative.

The design of this oil tank is impressive. Even with just a little oil left, turning the tank upside down still causes the oil to pool at the wick hole.

Once, I couldn't taste anything while vaping Turkish flavors, possibly due to what they call "vaper's tongue." To prevent this from happening again, I'm planning to alternate between Turkish flavors and Absolute Zero. Since I'm not particularly fond of Absolute Zero's mint flavor, I'm reluctant to fill the tank with it.

When the oil level is low, you can feel the cotton wick saturated with oil being heated by the coil, turning the oil into vapor. After cooling down, the wick reabsorbs oil from the tank, and the process continues seamlessly.

4 days later

Sorry, I forgot to update these past few days.😂

The mineral water with ice isn't as impressive as the first few puffs. The novelty wears off really quickly.

This small air pump with a plastic cover had a tiny hole leaking air when I used it in the afternoon. I contacted customer service, and they said they'd refund me 3 yuan. I told them that this is an air pump, and an air leak is a significant problem, so they should give me a bit more. Customer service gave me 5 yuan.

Coincidentally, I had some instant adhesive on hand, so I applied it and the leak stopped.
